Returns and Refunds

Refunds & Returns Policy:

Mistakes happen; we’re all human! You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will cover the return shipping costs ONLY if the return is a result of our error and arrange for collection at a time convenient to yourself.

It is advisable to inspect the goods prior to signing for delivery. If you can see any damage whatsoever to the packaging, please sign for the goods as damaged. If this is not possible, please ensure you sign for the goods unexamined to allow us to take any claims up with our delivery partners if necessary.

If your order has been delivered damaged, faulty, unwanted, or you’ve ordered the wrong item:

  • All return requests need to be emailed to admin@tillrollempire.co.uk
  • Any damaged items should be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Incorrectly supplied items

If we have supplied an item incorrectly, or you are missing items from your order, please inform us within 24 hours of receipt by emailing admin@tillrollempire.co.uk.

Please note: any items returned that have been altered, modified, defaced, or undergone heavy usage may not be eligible for a full refund or replacement.

Please allow a maximum of four days to one week for your refund to process; it is often processed sooner, but different banks handle these transactions with varying levels of efficiency.

We will not be responsible for any loss due to incorrect/undeliverable shipping addresses.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

International delivery

We do cater for orders outside of the UK; for more information on delivery and shipping costs for any country outside of the UK simply email admin@tillrollempire.co.uk for a quote. prices for shipping will depend on order size and location; once we know this information, we will be happy to provide you a quote and timescale for delivery.

Order Tracking

We use Royal Mail, Hermes and DPD as some of our chosen couriers. DPD and Hermes provide a fully tracked service once your order has been dispatched. On the morning of the delivery, you will receive an email that gives you a two-hour delivery time slot. DPD and Hermes can also make alternative arrangements with you, such as changing the delivery date or leaving instructions to deliver your order to a neighbour.
